RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY

Requirements for Returns and/or Refunds is stated below:

· In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product back to the store at 2217 S. Main St, Jay, OK 74346 with 10 calendar days of your purchase. 

· The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.

· Restocking fee of 10% will be charged and this charge will be deducted from the refund.

· For store purchases, a cash register receipt must accompany the product as a proof of purchase.

· Perishable items (like animal feed, hay, medicine) are not returnable or refundable. 

· Store returns without proof of purchase or after 10 days from purchase date will not be refunded. 

· If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated a return after 10 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. 

· After we receive the item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund if we deem the product has been returned in satisfactory condition. For credit card payments it may take up to 2 weeks for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
